Common questions

What you may want to know.

What happens on a discovery call?

A friendly first conversation about what you want to change, whether coaching is the right fit and which pathway could help.

Is coaching online or in person?

Sandy is currently based in Essex and working remotely. Any future in-person delivery will be announced only after the arrangements are confirmed.

How will we agree my goals?

You and Sandy will shape a useful goal together, then identify practical actions and ways to notice progress.

What if I am not sure which pathway fits?

Choose “Not sure yet” on the enquiry form. The discovery conversation can help you decide without pressure.
